We are Tampa Bay Terror FC.

Our Vision
Our vision isn't polite and it isn't complicated:
Make Tampa Bay the hardest place in America to play soccer.
We're building a club where relentless work is the entry fee, not the achievement. Where tactical discipline meets a mean streak. Where a kid in the academy and a starter in the senior side train to the same standard, because there's only one standard here.
Ninety minutes to prove who wants it more, in front of people who will know if you didn't. We're a new club with an old-school appetite: dominate the pitch, earn the Bay, give the 813 something worth screaming about.
Then do it again next week.
the path to pro
Talent gets you noticed. Habits get you paid.
Our academy runs on the same principles as our first team. Sharper training, honest coaching, real accountability. Young players here don't get participation. They get developed, challenged, and told the truth about what's between them and the next level.
We bring in coaches and senior players who've walked that road, because the fastest way to learn the standard is to train beside someone who already holds it.
Every session is a rung. Climb or get climbed over.
for the bay
This club belongs to the 813.
We're built from the same stuff as the neighborhoods around us — working, loud, unimpressed by hype and allergic to quitting. We show up for local businesses that show up for us. We run clinics for kids who've never had a club of their own to love.
Our supporters aren't an audience. They're the twelfth man, the noise problem, the reason visiting sides hate the trip. You bring the volume. We'll bring the violence of effort.
forging our Tradition
Most clubs point backward to explain who they are. We can't. So we're writing it live.
Every press, every clearance off the line, every result dragged out of a game we had no business winning, that's a page. Ten years from now, someone will point at this era and say that's where the standard came from.
Be there for it. Not the retelling.

Our Core Values
grit
ambition
unity
grit
Sharks don't negotiate. Neither do we.
Ninety minutes of pressure with nowhere to hide, and we're the ones who came to get out hands dirty.
The other team is waiting for it to pass. It doesn't pass.
ambition
Asking for permission???? from who?
We're not building toward a moment. we're building the thing other clubs schedule around.
Check the fixture list. Feel it in your stomach.
unity
One front. One direction. Nothing gets through it.
Players, staff, supporters. Same crest, same standard, same refusal to be the one who let go.
This is our sky. You're just in it.
Ten years from now…
Somewhere, at this very moment there's a kid who will one day play for this club. They don't know it. Neither do we.
That kid is who this is for. The standard we hold in training on a rainy summer night when nobody is watching. The refusal to take an easy week. None of it is really about this season's table. It's about what they inherit.
Ten years out, we want a generation of Tampa Bay players who work hard because they grew up watching it and assumed that was normal. We want their family, their friends, and their biggest haters in the stands. We want a whole city that expects more because it's been shown what more looks like. We want visiting sides to see this fixture on the calendar in preseason and start bracing for it.
This city didn't get called Champa Bay by asking nicely. It got there by winning things people didn't think it could win. We know exactly what that costs, and we're not looking for a shortcut.
Community
We partner with local clubs, schools, and businesses because the next great player from this city shouldn't have to leave it to be seen. Coaching, access, a real pathways for the kids here, not just the ones we recruit.
The Bay invests in us. We invest back. That's the whole arrangement.
The Crest

This crest doesn't commemorate anything yet. it commits to something. To effort that doesn't need a scoreboard to justify it, to a city that's been overlooked and is done asking politely.
